SERVICE 04

We onboard
the people you trust.

A sponsor is no use if they don't know what they're looking at. Holdwell's sponsor onboarding is light-touch KYC, a consent screen in plain English, and a five-minute Anna walkthrough. By the end, they can read a digest without panicking and step in on co-sign without freezing.

STEP 1 · LIGHT KYC

Just enough to know they're real.

Vouchsafe runs a soft ID check on each sponsor. Driving licence or passport, a selfie liveness pass, an address match. It takes about two minutes. We don't pull a credit file: sponsors aren't taking on debt, they're vouching for someone else, so the bar is low and the friction is small.

STEP 2 · CONSENT

The page that says exactly what they see.

Two columns. What you see. What you never see. Plain English, no industry jargon. Streak count yes. Anna chats never. Blocked-MCC notice yes. Transaction detail never. They tap to consent only after the column on the right is understood.

Both sides can revoke at any time, no questions asked. The status flips the same day. We log the revocation but never the reason.

STEP 3 · ANNA

Five minutes of "this is what a relapse looks like."

Anna runs a tiny onboarding for the sponsor only. Three sample digests, two sample alerts, one walkthrough of the co-sign screen. She covers what to say (and what not to) when a Hold notice lands at 11pm. No clinical content, no identifiable data about the person they're sponsoring.

By the end, the first real alert isn't the first time they see one.
